I bought these for my elderly Husband who was having great difficulty in finding the right sort of shoes to suit his needs.

He has given them a good trial and has pronounced them a success.

The shoes are a broader fitting than most, are very well made and sturdy with plenty of support. I can see that he is walking so much better now and is happier on his daily walk.

The inside of the shoes are free from the protrusions that are the bane of the elderly when feet inevitably become sensitive to poor seams.

One grumble that is a bigger problem than it sounds - the shoe laces are way too short - please manufacturer realize that shoes need to be easily and firmly tied or they are dangerous

I did not drop a star for this omission because I did not want a fallen star to detract from the quality of the main subject ( the shoe) laces can be changed - and that is what he did.

Yes - my Husband tells me that he is happy to recommend Austin by Keen.
