Product Description

reinforced strength

Finger flexion, in simple terms, means grip strength, of which there are two main types. Isometric grip strength is the ability to hold onto something such as a heavy deadlift. Concentric grip strength, more commonly referred to as crushing grip strength, is the ability to close your hand against resistance, as measured by the Captains of Crush grippers, for example.

Unfortunately, one type of grip strength doesn't automatically transfer to the other. In other words, isometric grip strength (which is more commonly developed in the gym through holding barbells, handles, etc.) doesn't automatically carry over to crushing grip strength (as measured by ripping phone books, plate pinches, rolling up frying pans, or just crushing your father-in-law's hand when you shake it).

The wrist roller is by far the best exercise for developing forearm size and strength. It is to your forearms what barbell squats are to your legs, if not better.

Sometimes you'll see people holding the wrist roller out in front of them, mimicking the end position of a front raise. This is certainly harder and it does increase the range of motion (ROM), but your shoulders become the limiting factor almost immediately. Instead, keep the weight down in front of your waist. When rolling, try to keep the wrist roller reasonably straight. If it's tilting at a significant angle as you roll, then your forearms aren't working as hard as they could be.

Careful with the rope

Careful with the rope
Received product today. Immediately tore open and slapped on a 25lb plate while thinking to myself "Huh...this is a pretty thin rope...maybe it's a super strong type of thin rope". Began utilizing newly purchased wrist roller while keeping an eye on aforementioned rope, not yet fully convinced. Began to wonder how badly it would hurt if said rope actually DID snap and dropped a 25lb plate on my open toes. Murphys law activates. Rope snaps. Luckily the plate landed like a coin right between my feet and no injuries were sustained. But I do like it. Just change the rope like, immediately.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent forearm and grip strengthener!!!
Reviewed in the United States on January 13, 2023
This is by far the best I have used as all the others are the typical shaft design and fail to really take into account the ergonomics of comfort and focus without any un-comfort.

The only thing I would ask for a change is the rope that came with it as it does not give me any confidence. ***So I used a 160lb rated paracord which worked out awesomely!

I look forward to long term use and so hope durability holds!

5.0 out of 5 stars The best wrist roller I’ve used. Worth ever penny
Reviewed in the United States on October 25, 2022
This is my favorite wrist roller I’ve ever used and I’ve used a lot. The fat grip adds an extra level of difficulty and there is still a skinny grip option. I looks forward to using it during my workouts.
